My Dear Brothers,
This is a preliminary mailing to some of you who either are Presidents of P/R Unit Alumni Assns, or "well-connected" alumni or have participted in reunions in the past and know how much fun they can be or have attended one of more reunions. More mailings will follow shortly with much more detailed info.
We want and need your participation in this next reunion in March 2010. We are expecting a hugh turnout at this one!

Where: Tallahassee, Florida
Host: Florida State University, Co. M-16
Hotel: Hilton Garden Inn-Tallahassee Central ($85/nt w/full bkfst included)
Invited Guest Speakers: General Colin Powell (A-8) and President Barack Obama [they have NOT
confirmed as of yet]
At this point, just need you to circle those dates on your calandars, let your people know and stayed tuned for next detailed announcement to follow within a week or so. I apologize for this extremely early notice. Tallahassee has not been an easy venue for me to work in due to the shortage of quality hotels near FSU, shortage of ballrooms (only 2 in town) and the fact that, being the State Capital, the Legislature is in session at that time resulting in shortages of hotel space. Therefore, next mailing is to encourage you to make hotel reservations now as our hotel space is limited and there is going to be very limited seating at our social events because of small ballroom already booked and the guest speakers who are invited and may attend.
