This premier drill and ceremony event is conducted annually in the Fall in the New York Metro Region. It is open to all High School and College level military organizations of all services (e.g. Pershing Rifles, CAP, JROTC, ROTC, Naval Sea Cadets, Arnold Air Society, Scabbard and Blade, and Service Academies etc. and foreign equivalents).
The events consist of standard drill, exhibition drill, color guard, marksmanship and more. The opening ceremony includes a pass and review and closing awards ceremonies includes a retreat ceremony.
